For faster support, include your device model, iOS or Android version, MainLine app version, and a short description of what happened.
Email SupportMainLine Pro subscriptions are managed through Apple or Google, not inside the app. Canceling or uninstalling MainLine does not cancel renewal on its own.
Purchases are processed by the App Store or Google Play, so refund decisions are handled by that platform. We cannot issue direct refunds for store purchases ourselves.
MainLine does not currently use its own account system or cloud sync. Your repertoire, drill history, and settings are stored locally on the device where you use the app.
Settings → Data → Delete All Data permanently removes your local repertoire, practice history, and settings from that device. Uninstalling the app also removes local app data.
Do I need a MainLine account?
No. MainLine does not currently require its own account. Most of your app data stays on your device.
How does MainLine decide what to review next?
After each drill, MainLine brings back lines you miss sooner and lets strong lines wait longer. The goal is to keep practice focused on the moves you are most likely to forget.
What counts toward my streak?
You earn a streak day when you complete at least one drill session that day. If you miss a day, the streak resets.
What does MainLine Pro include?
MainLine Pro is an optional subscription that currently unlocks unlimited hearts, so you can keep drilling without waiting for refills. See the Terms of Use for subscription details.
I restored my purchase but Pro isn't showing.
Open MainLine, go to Settings, and tap "Restore Purchases." Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account used for the original purchase. If MainLine Pro still does not unlock, contact support and include your platform and purchase date.
Can I use MainLine on multiple devices?
You can install MainLine on multiple devices, but your data does not sync automatically between them. Your repertoire and progress remain separate on each device.
